    • COST CONTROL TO BUILD SALES located in Reedy 1, Lobby Level Presenters: Dustin Ellis, Wes Epstein. We will discuss how to understand, monitor, and manage food and labor costs and protect profitability while maintaining the Eggs Up Grill guest experience.
    • ANATOMY OF AN INCOME STATEMENT located in Reedy 2, Lobby Level Presenters: Mike Lestingi, Ken Alexander.  Understanding reporting consistency and connecting dots before you see money in the bank.
    • ENGAGEMENT -> ACTION: BUILDING SALES WITH LOCAL MOMENTUM (Pt. 2 ) located in Reedy 3, Lobby Level Presenters: Chrissy McKinney, Kristina Munoz, Haley Hendrix, Selina Morelli, Julia Walker. Join this two-part session with the marketing team as they walk through local marketing tools and how to execute them successfully.     • A short walk from the AC Hotel – left out of the lobby for one block no need to find transportation arrangements
