SPARTANBURG, S.C. – With Valentine’s Day around the corner signaling the start of a season of springtime celebrations, Eggs Up Grill is rolling out a limited time menu with three new items and an offering of sparkling drinks. A Shrimp and Grits Bowl is joining the menu permanently. At participating locations, guests can also choose between Sparkling Rose or a Sparkling Rose Mimosa.
“At Eggs Up Grill, our goal is to help our guests smile, we exist to make people happy. Over the past year, so many in person celebrations were canceled. As we start a new year, we want to serve a bit of happiness to our guests, give them a reason to celebrate and there’s no such thing as a celebration without great tasting food and drink,” said Ricky Richardson, CEO of Eggs Up Grill. “So whether they dine with us in person, or in their own homes, we’ve introducing a savory crab cake that reminds you of the seaside, an indulgent stuffed French Toast that satisfies any craving, and a flavorful shrimp and grits bowl topped with fresh, made to order eggs. All of these dishes pair well with our new sparkling rose mimosa.”
The Coastal Crab Cake Benedict comes with sautéed crab cakes on toasted garlic bread, topped with poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, and a dash of Old Bay® seasoning.
