SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Adding a little extra spice to the menu this spring, Eggs Up Grill – the favorite breakfast and lunch restaurant – is offering its new Southwest Omelet and a Chorizo Home Fry Bowl throughout all 32 locations starting April 22. The limited time offerings coincide with the launch of the brand’s recently refreshed menu creative that provides a simplified selection of Eggs Up Grill staples, as well as six new choices and build-your-own options for omelets and breakfast sandwiches.
“Putting a smile on the face of our guests is job #1, and a key to our brand’s success is to listen to them,” said Ricky Richardson, CEO of Eggs Up Grill. “We’ve rolled out this new menu based on the feedback we have received about their interest in fresh, bold flavors, and we’re really proud of our new offerings, including the Southwest Omelet and Chorizo Home Fry Bowl. It’s become one of my favorites and I believe it will be a guest favorite as well.”
The Southwest Omelet is very flavorful, and a little spicy, with chorizo sausage, fresh avocado and pepper jack cheese. The Chorizo Home Fry Bowl offers a blend of the brand’s famous home fries with spicy chorizo sausage, onions, peppers and jalapenos, covered with pepper jack cheese and topped with two hand-cracked farm-fresh eggs.
Eggs Up Grill recently rolled out its new menu in all 32 restaurants across the Carolinas and Georgia. In addition to the build-your-options the menu includes several new items – Avocado Toast and Eggs, Breakfast Burrito, Pimento Cheese Burger, Praline Pecan Chicken Salad, Sweet Potato Praline Pancakes and a Turkey Avocado BLT.
At Eggs Up Grill, guests can get breakfast, brunch, and lunch offerings served up with All-American flavor and freshness. Menu categories include breakfast sandwiches, benedicts, omelets, pancakes, waffles, French toast, as well as classic breakfast plates, home-fry bowls and fan-favorite muffins. Lunch choices include burgers, sandwiches, wraps and salads. The menu also offers heart-healthy and gluten-friendly options, and a kid’s menu.
