Hello. I’m Joseph Pellegrino, Eggs Up Grill owner of Boiling Springs, Greer, and Moore, South Carolina locations. Family and community are important to me so I strive to make my restaurants feel like a place to call home. 

At Eggs Up Grill, our guests are our friends that we love to serve every day. We keep things really simple here, and believe that delicious food served simply, is great food. All of our food is made fresh to order, with the highest quality ingredients and produce. Our eggs are farmed with care. 

All of us here have the same job, to make everyone who comes through the door, smile.
