Sign up and start smiling! As a member of the Smile Society, you’ll unlock exclusive local perks, special sneak peeks, and access to rewards all year long. Plus, joining is easy!

Signing up is fast and easy – once you click the link below, you’ll share your phone number, your preferred local Eggs Up Grill location, and birthday. Then, you’ll receive a text message from Eggs Up Grill verifying that you’re now part of the Smile Society.

Our offers and rewards are redeemed exclusively with your phone number, so it’s important that you’re subscribed to our text messages. If you’re not subscribed, you won’t be able to receive or redeem your rewards.

How do I redeem my special rewards?

You will use your phone number at checkout in order to redeem your rewards. When you joined the smile society with your phone number, your account was created. As rewards become available to you, we’ll load them into your account that is connected to your phone number.

Sign-up Reward

The day after you join, you will receive an SMS notification that you have a special offer. When you’re ready to redeem this reward, visit your local Eggs Up Grill restaurant. Let your server know your reward is in your account and provide your phone number. 

Birthday Surprise

A little egg-citement for your birthday – a free entree! You’ll be notified via email and SMS 2 weeks before your birthday. Your reward is redeemable starting the same day, and will remain in your account for 31 days until you redeem it, in-person or online.

Will I need to sign up for the new program if I was a member of The Sizzle?

Yes, we recommend filling out the new sign-up form complete with your phone number—and we hear there’s a special perk for those who sign up! 

How do I opt out of the Smile Society?

We’re sad to see you go! If you no longer wish to receive rewards and offers from the Smile Society, you can opt out at any time. Simply reply “STOP” to a text message or follow the unsubscribe link in an email. If you need further assistance, let your server know or contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to help. Keep in mind that once you opt out, you will no longer receive exclusive deals or birthday rewards.

Do all Eggs Up Grill locations participate?

Yes, all locations offer the standard welcome and birthday rewards. However, some locations may also send additional special offers to their local guests. These extra rewards vary by restaurant, so keep an eye on your texts and emails for any surprise deals from a location near you!

As of 2025, Eggs Up Grill located at 4401 Shallowford Rd., Roswell GA does not offer the welcome reward or local rewards.

How do I update my phone number or email on my Smile Society account?

SMS SUBSCRIPTION STATUS

To keep things simple and seamless, Smile Society uses SMS to communicate your perks, rewards, and seasonal product updates. That means having an active SMS subscription is required to stay enrolled.

Don’t worry—we keep messages short, sweet, and helpful. You can opt-out anytime, but doing so will also end your Smile Society membership (and we’d hate to see you miss out on those smiles!).

Offer valid for two weeks after issue date at participating locations. Not valid at Eggs Up Grill located at 4401 Shallowford Rd, Roswell, GA 30075. Valid in-store and online at eggsupgrill.com. Rewards account number must be presented at the time of order. Limit one redemption per guest, per check. No cash value. No substitutions. Offer entitles guest to choice of one order of croissant donuts (3ct) or one griddled blueberry muffin. Menu item availability varies by restaurant.
